1. How do i register?
Go to Home Page and click "Register Now" at the middle of the page or click My Account on top right-hand corner of the page. Set-up an account by entering your email and desired password. Our online shopping service uses your email address as your account. Thus, we would suggest you to use a frequently used email address for your account.
2. What can I do if I forget my password?
You can click on "I forget my password" on My Account page. Enter the email address you used to register for the account and we will send you an email with your password.
3. How to change my account password?
Please log into your account, go to My Account > Change Password
4. How can I unsubscribe from your e-newsletter?
If you no longer wish to receive electronic mail/newsletter from temptationscakes, please send us your request with the word"REMOVE" in the subject header to email@example.com
1. Where can I get my order invoice/receipt?
You can check your order invoice through your "My Account" and View Your Orders. The invoice will be generated and will be send to your email. If you face any difficulties trying to download or print your invoice, kindly contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org

2. Does temptationscakes accept Credit card/debit cards issued by bank outside Singapore?
We do not accept any credit or debit cards issued by a bank outside of Singapore at the moment. Apologise for the inconvenient caused.
3. Can payment method be change after the checkout process is completed?
For security reasons, we cannot change your payment method after you have completed the checkout process. If you wish to choose another payment method, please cancel the order and place a new order with your desired payment method.
1. Can I get my order easier than expected?
We are unable to expedite the delivery of orders. However, we try our best to ensure your parcels delivered within the promised delivery time. For more queries, please email to us at email@example.com
2. Can I cancel my order?
We can only cancel your order if the seller has not shipped out your parcel yet.If your parcel is shipped, we will do our best to stop the shipment in the event that the parcels has already arrived at your doorstep, you will have the option to reject it. Your parcel will be refunded to the seller and your refund will be processed thereafter.
3. What should I do if I received the wrong item?
In rare cases whereby you receive an item which is different from what you ordered due to oversight on seller's part., we will offer you a free return and refund promptly. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org immediately so we can assist you immediately.
4. Can I add new items into order or change items from my order after order has been processed?
Our order processing starts the moment you place your order and therefore we will not be able to accomodate to your request to add any new items or change the item once the order has been processed, the the seller(s) may already packed and shipped out the item.
